What to Know Before You Arrive

A few simple tips will help you feel prepared and comfortable for your first visit.

  • Our doors lock when class begins. Please arrive on time, as late entry is not guaranteed.

  • Wait for the previous class to finish. Please remain in the lobby until the previous class has ended, all students have exited, and the studio is ready. This allows everyone to enjoy their full practice, including their final relaxation (Savasana), without interruptions.

  • Shoes off, please! Leave your shoes in the lobby before entering the studio.

  • Bring water. We recommend practicing on an empty stomach or avoiding a heavy meal immediately before class.

  • No yoga mat? No problem! We have yoga mats and other props available to borrow for FREE.

  • Know our age policy. Adult classes are for students ages 14 and older. Students under 18 must have a waiver signed by a parent or legal guardian. We also offer dedicated kids' and family yoga classes for ages 3 and up.

Caring for Our Community

At Saule, we're more than just a yoga studio. We're a community built on kindness, respect, and consideration for one another. Small acts of mindfulness help make our space welcoming for everyone.

  • Settle in before socializing in the lobby. When you arrive, set up your mat and gather your props before catching up with friends in the lobby so we can begin class on time. Please keep the studio room a quiet space for people to relax and do your socializing in the lobby.

  • Respect your fellow yogis. Be mindful of noise and personal space, and allow the previous class to exit before entering the studio. Everyone deserves to enjoy their practice without feeling rushed or interrupted.

  • Clean your equipment. After class, use the provided cleaner and towels to wipe down any equipment you've used.

  • Put props away neatly. Return everything to its designated place, fold blankets neatly, and stack blocks and other props properly.

  • We encourage you to practice aparigraha, the yogic principle of non-attachment. There's no need to rush to claim your favorite spot—your practice is about so much more than where you place your mat!

Thank you for helping us create a space where everyone feels welcome, respected, and at home.
