She’s passionate about sharing the calm and clarity that mindful breath and gentle movement can bring to everyday life.
Ally
With over 13 years of yoga experience, Ally—owner of Saule Yoga—is thrilled to be co-hosting this retreat in the beautiful red rocks of Sedona. After hosting an international yoga retreat, she’s excited to create another unforgettable experience closer to home. Her classes blend mindful movement, authenticity, and a deep love for helping students reconnect with themselves.
Pricing & Room Packages
Find your perfect place to rest and recharge during our Sedona Yoga Retreat at Briar Patch Inn. Each charming cabin features a mix of private and shared bedrooms with 2–3 shared bathrooms for your comfort. All prices include the complete retreat experience — yoga classes, sound baths, meditations, catered meals, and more.
