OUR
PHILOSOPHY
Here at Saule Yoga, the East Valley’s favorite non-heated yoga studio, we create a welcoming space where people come together through mindful movement to cultivate vibrancy, balance, and harmony. Our studio is rooted in community and connection, fostering a sense of synergy where the whole is truly greater than the sum of its parts.

We practice yoga as individuals—each of us arriving from different backgrounds and starting points—yet we move and grow together. Through intentional, non-heated yoga practices, we support one another in building inner strength and peaceful energy that radiates beyond the mat and into our East Valley community each and every day.

As a proud participant in the Green Gilbert Partnership Program, we are also committed to caring for the environment that supports our community. Through mindful choices focused on pollution prevention, water conservation, and waste reduction, we strive to reduce our footprint and lead by example—honoring the same balance and intention we cultivate on the mat.
Yoga Flow
This dynamic flow class will stretch and strengthen your body, focus your mind and empower your spirit. Students are invited to explore and discover their edge through a transformative approach. Learn how to go with the flow and cultivate presence through synchronizing the breath with movement. Each class delivers a positive message designed to uplift and inspire your inner Light to radiate. Advanced postures and variations are always offered making this class challenging and yet accessible for everyone.
Wall Yoga
Find new possibilities in your yoga practice by using the Yoga Wall. Through expert instruction, you will learn to use the wall to open your body, lengthen the spine, and strengthen the core and improve alignment. The focus is on alignment, longer holds and always includes a restorative finish using the wall for support. All levels encouraged.
Yin and Restorative
This class combines the best of two quiet practices. The first part of class focuses on the practice of Yin Yoga. After stimulating the energy rich connective tissues of the body, the practice transitions into the quiet, surrendered practice of Restorative Yoga.
