Kaylah
As a lifelong artist and yogi, Kaylah brings creativity, curiosity, and compassion to her teaching. With roots in theater and gymnastics, she first discovered yoga as a way to maintain flexibility, but soon experienced its deeper benefits for her physical, mental, and emotional well-being. After years of practice and personal recovery, she became a yoga teacher to share the tools that supported her own healing journey.
Kaylah is a 200-hour Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT), certified through SWIHA’s Mind-Body Practitioner Program in Tempe, Arizona, where she continues to study and assist with Yoga Teacher Trainings. Her classes draw from Hatha, Vinyasa, Yoga Nidra, guided meditation, and mindfulness, blending strength with softness and effort with ease.
Through classes, workshops, and one-on-one sessions, Kaylah offers personalized practices that support grounding, self-care, nervous system regulation, and deeper mind-body connection. Her intention is to bring joy and a creative spark to every class while honoring each person’s unique path.
