Joanna’s yoga style is a unique blend of energy healing, breathwork, and mindfulness training. Yoga was the main spiritual practice that assisted her in slowing down the mind and going deeper into the wisdom of the body. After studying psychology and mindfulness at the University of California, Santa Barbara, mental health awareness was the main driver in her later spiritual journey. In 2016, she received her Reiki certification and began to dive deeper in energetic studies. Finding harmony between the external fast-paced world and the internal wealth of knowledge that exists within is extremely important to her and exudes into her teaching style. She believes yoga is a powerful tool for our overall mental health as it helps ease the mental stressors that pull on our consciousness daily.

On her free time, you can find Joanna hiking the Superstition Mountains, painting, or exploring new restaurants in the area. She loves meeting new people and trying new experiences that enable her to learn more about her inner world. Come take a class with Joanna today!
