Jenny
Jenny has been practicing yoga for over 15 years, first coming to the mat to recover from running injuries she picked up training for the 10 marathons she has completed. What began as a slow burn has grown into a steady, meaningful practice rooted in strength, ease, and mindfulness.
For nearly 20 years, Jenny has been a preschool teacher, weaving Growth Mindset Philosophy into her classroom to help children see challenges as opportunities, nurturing curiosity, resilience, and a love of learning. On days she’s not in preschool, she substitutes in K–12 classrooms, bringing kindness, presence, and encouragement to students of all ages. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Biology and Secondary Education and is completing her 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training with Saule in March 2026, grateful to both learn and teach within such an inspiring and supportive community.
Outside the classroom and studio, Jenny treasures time with her husband and five adult children, and finds joy in hiking, paddleboarding, reading, laughing with her sisters, and snuggling up for a cozy movie night.
