Jenna
Through mindful movement, Jenna guides her students in a way that is safe, functional, and provides a foundation for them to move with awareness on and off the mat. Beyond these fundamentals Jenna brings an opportunity for playfulness, curiosity and joy as she guides her students in ways for them to really get to know themselves and their habits that might be affecting their lives off the mat.

After completing her 200 hour training in 2013 she continued her education with Yoga Medicine which focuses on anatomy, physiology, and biomechanics. Through this training she has studied function and dysfunction of the shoulders, spine and hips. As well as yin and meditation, mental health and yoga, myofacial release and Chinese Medicine.

Her training with Yoga Medicine has shifted her perspective of a yoga asana practice from thinking the priority was to be the most flexible person, to understanding the importance of a strong foundation and building strength in the poses.

Jenna has a passion for showing students just how capable they really are and how important it is to love themselves. In her classes you can expect a unique exploration of postures and sequences. Always remember your yoga class is not about performing, it is about showing up raw, authentic and ready to listen to your body and grow.
