Hi friends! I'm Fernanda.
I'm passionate about health, mindfulness, and nutrition, and I have been practicing Yoga for a little over 6 years. Recently, I completed my 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training, deepening my love for this practice—which, truthfully, I might be a little obsessed with! But I can't help it, since Yoga has been one of the greatest gifts in my life, right alongside my amazing husband, my sweet 12-year-old son, and our furry girl. What began as a way to relieve stress has grown into something much deeper—a journey that has brought me home to myself after years of feeling disconnected. It’s been a wild, beautiful, and profoundly fulfilling journey!
My goal as a Yoga teacher is to provide a safe space where my students can just pause and be. To guide them to mindfully find their breath and meet themselves exactly where they are, with loving-kindness, compassion, bravery, with some fun, laughter and movements while sharing this beautiful gift of Yoga.
In a world where we are expected to move fast and mindlessly and yet keep it all together, a little bit more self-love, softness and kindness goes a long way.
My intention, both in practice and in life, is to live intentionally, eat mindfully, breathe deeply, and speak positively. May we learn and grow together through this beautiful practice.
