I have been studying health and the mind-body-movement connection my whole life! I bring a wealth of knowledge and experience with over 20 years of teaching the novice to the more experienced or advanced yoga practitioner.
Alignment, breath and intention are key principals in helping the yoga student both heighten their awareness and deepen their practice. I am inspired by the transformation and empowerment I see in my students.
