Ashley attended her first yoga class in 2016 and has been in love with the practice ever since. Over the years, she discovered the profound benefits of yoga and meditation not just on the mat, but in navigating the hustle and bustle of everyday life. This curiosity and passion led her to deepen her practice, earning her 200-hour YTT certification in 2024.
Her teaching philosophy centers around slowing down, moving with intention, and carrying mindfulness beyond the mat. She strives to guide her students in finding moments of peace and presence, helping them integrate yoga’s lessons into their daily lives.
When she’s not teaching, you can find her with a book in hand, exploring weekend farmers’ markets, attending live shows, or soaking in the beauty of nature.
