Laura
My experiences as an educator, foster/adoptive mom and a breast cancer survivor have driven my passion for physical and mental health and the need of a body, mind, and heart connection. Yoga is an important part of my life and my own healing journey. Practicing yoga on my mat, and in my life, is where I can find peace, creativity, stillness, strength, and connection. So I find so much joy in teaching yoga classes to others!
I believe yoga is for everybody—from kids to teens to adults!
I love combining my degree in early childhood education education, my experience as a foster/adoptive mom of 6, and my training as a 500 hour Registered Yoga Teacher to teach engaging, mindful child-centered kids yoga classes to help kids increase body awareness, focus, strength, and self-worth. In my adult classes, I strive to teach yoga classes that are accessible for everyone based on mindful, functional movement. My goal is for everyone to feel support, strength, connected, and good from the inside out.

Besides yoga, I love hiking, traveling, and escape rooms.
